Neoplastic mimicry of arterial disease

There are few documented cases of patients presenting with vascular symptomatology secondary to neoplastic conditions. Here we describe instances of two separate patients admitted under vascular surgery, where the underlying diagnosis was later revealed to be oncological in origin.
