Increasing feelings of employee engagement and belonging are success factors for many organizations. ABIDE (access, belonging, inclusion, diversity, and equity) is a 12-month nursing mentorship program that endeavors to providing a space for support, empowerment and a sense of inclusion and belonging at 1 organization.
