This is a case series of seven patients with Guillain-Barre Syndrome (GBS) associated facial paralysis. Treatment outcomes for chronic GBS-associated facial paralysis and synkinesis are described. While it is a distinct etiology from Bell's palsy and Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, GBS-associated facial paralysis may be approached via similar algorithms.
