Abstract:

This is a case of a 67-year-old female with follicular lymphoma who developed hepatitis C viremia during chemotherapy and failed treatment with a 12-week course of sofosbuvir/velpatasvir. This highlights the possibility that chemotherapy may have contributed to failure to achieve sustained virologic response despite otherwise appropriate direct-acting antiviral therapy.
