Abstract:
Pulsed field ablation (PFA) has rapidly emerged as an important ablation technology for atrial arrhythmias and is increasingly being explored for ventricular arrhythmias. As clinical experience expands, a precise understanding of its safety profile is essential. This review summarizes contemporary evidence on the safety of PFA, distinguishes procedure-related complications from those attributable to electroporation, and highlights areas in which evidence remains limited.
