Abstract:
Long-term survivors of suprasellar germinomas may develop delayed hypothalamic dysfunction, presenting as recurrent hypothermia after years of apparently normal thermoregulation. Recognition of this delayed complication and proactive thermal management are essential to prevent severe hypothermic episodes.
