Abstract:
A 43-year-old male presented with subacute severe right posterior interosseous nerve (PIN) palsy, wrist drop, pustular lesions, and elevated ESR. Electrodiagnostic studies revealed axonal neuropathy. Imaging ruled out structural compression. The patient, referred for rheumatological consultation, was lost to follow-up. This case highlights the diagnostic challenge of PIN palsy when focal neuropathy is accompanied by systemic manifestations.
