Abstract:
Using Botrytis cinerea (ATCC 58025) as the material, genomic DNA was extracted using the SDS-CTAB method after liquid nitrogen freezing and extracted multiple times with organic reagents. Then the precipitate was washed with ethanol and dissolved in TE buffer. The cultured genomic DNA is high-yield, easy to extract, and has good purity, making it suitable for extracting from multiple samples at once. After experiments, the genomic DNA obtained by this method can be used for most basic molecular biology experiments such as PCR and DNA enzyme digestion.
