Abstract:
A 52-year-old woman suffering from generalised lymphadenopathy for the past eight years finally revealed nodal AL amyloidosis associated with marginal zone lymphoma. FNAC and congo red stain are highly accurate tools for initial diagnosis of amyloid in lymph nodal aspirate.
