Abstract:
iORbase 2.0 is an analysis platform for insect odorant receptors that covers sequence, structure, and function analyses. It provides functionalities such as gene annotation, structure prediction, molecular docking, and analysis of molecular dynamics simulation results, along with large-scale sequence, structure, and functional data, thereby assisting research on insect odorant receptors.
