Abstract:
Mandibular central incisors may exhibit complex canal anatomy. A 21-year-old Nepalese female presented with pulpal necrosis and symptomatic apical periodontitis. A Vertucci Type V configuration was identified using conventional and angled periapical radiographs. Both canals were treated successfully, obturated, and restored with a lithium disilicate crown, without CBCT.
