Abstract:
A tumor-responsive photothermal system (R-Cy-PES) self-assembles into nanoparticles for prolonged circulation and enhanced tumor accumulation. Tumor H2O2 triggers nanoparticle disassembly, releasing HSP70-targeting photothermal agents that boost intracellular retention, overcome thermoresistance, and enhance mild-temperature photothermal therapy.
