Abstract:
Treatment for advanced bladder cancer is rapidly evolving after decades of limited progress. Antibody-drug conjugates, targeted therapies, novel immunotherapy strategies, and innovative delivery platforms are reshaping management of both metastatic and muscle-invasive disease. This article focuses on promising new and novel agents, many of which are not yet standard of care, emphasizing their biological rationale and key clinical trial data to provide a forward-looking perspective on the future of bladder cancer management.
