Abstract:
Endoscopic conservative septoplasty is a minimally invasive technique that targets underlying bony deformities to correct nasal deviations while preserving native quadrangular cartilage. The use of a 30° endoscope enhances visualization for the precise, tissue-sparing removal of posterior osseous spurs. Furthermore, this magnified display serves as an excellent educational tool for safely guiding and supervising resident surgical training.
