Abstract:
Accumulating data support nectin-4, particularly membranous expression, as a predictive biomarker of enfortumab vedotin activity. Low expression identifies patients with poorer outcomes but not absence of benefit, underscoring the need for standardized prospective validation before clinical implementation.
