Abstract:
Extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) remains highly aggressive and has a poor prognosis. Tarlatamab-dlle (tarlatamab), a bispecific T-cell engager targeting delta-like ligand 3, offers a novel therapeutic option f.
