Abstract:
A sustainable synthesis of polyhedral MgO exposing [200] facets is developed by modulating the raw concentration without organic solvents. The optimized catalyst exhibited 90.8% fructose selectivity and a yield of 43.3% in aqueous glucose isomerization. This work highlights crystal facet engineering as a promising strategy for biomass conversion catalysis.
