Abstract:
The excessive use of tetracycline (TC) poses significant health risks to humans. Here, a dual-mode fluorescence-electrochemistry biosensor is developed based on a COF/AuNPs/MB bifunctional nanoprobe and a TC-induced dissociation strategy. This biosensor simplifies fabrication, avoids electrode modification, and achieves excellent applicability in food samples.
