Abstract:
The oral cavity is the gateway to systemic health, and rheumatologic diseases are no exception. This article will cover some common and uncommon rheumatologic conditions with head and neck and oral manifestations. The article will emphasize etiopathogenesis, clinical presentations, and management of specific oral ulcerative diseases, salivary gland pathology, temporomandibular joint disorders, jaw pathology, and other oral and head and neck soft tissue disorders.
