Abstract:
Following a superior transseptal approach, extensive postoperative septal conduction impairment facilitated a right atrium-dominant single-loop biatrial tachycardia mimicking reverse typical atrial flutter. Detailed biatrial mapping and entrainment revealed limited left atrial participation, highlighting the importance of recognizing biatrial circuits in patients with prior septal surgery.
