Abstract:
Resistant hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy requires aggressive treatment to reduce cardiovascular risk. Ultrasound renal denervation safely attenuates sympathetic activity and lowers blood pressure. We performed step-by-step image-guided renal denervation, demonstrating procedural feasibility, safety, and early blood pressure reduction with potential benefits for left ventricular remodeling.
