Abstract:
Patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) present with a variable degree of pulmonary hypertension (PH), right ventricular dysfunction, and hypoxia. It is challenging if the patient requires an emergent surgical procedure other than pulmonary endarterectomy. Herein, we present a unique case of cervical laminoplasty for symptomatic cervical spinal cord compression in a patient with CTEPH and severe PH.
