Abstract:
The case is presented of a 69-year-old male patient who underwent surgery for a giant inguinoscrotal hernia on the right side. Intraoperatively, a giant liposarcoma in the right scrotum was discovered. A complete (R0) resection of the tumour was performed. Two years postoperatively, the patient remains asymptomatic and without any signs of tumour recurrence. This case represents the very rare differential diagnosis of a giant inguinoscrotal hernia.
