Abstract:
Quality standards for TCM are central to ensuring clinical efficacy and medication safety. Fresh-cut processing as an immediate post-harvest processing technology effectively minimizes component losses and enhances the quality of decoction pieces. However, the current supporting quality evaluation system remains underdeveloped, characterized by fragmented evaluation dimensions, a lack of dedicated indicators, and insufficient integration of modern technologies. This paper systematically reviews existing studies on fresh-cut processing to establish a multidimensional evaluation framework encompassing appearance characteristics, physicochemical properties, proprietary standards, and rapid testing technologies. This framework deeply integrates traditional expertise with multi-modal detection techniques such as intelligent sensory analysis, hyperspectral imaging, and low-field nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR). Then, this paper systematically analyzes the application value of this framework in quality control. The framework provides robust theoretical and practical support for the standardized implementation of fresh-cut processing technology, driving the innovative development of traditional processing in the modern context.
