Abstract:
A dual-mode fluorescence platform based on a Zn2+@UiO-66-NH2 nanozyme is developed for ATP detection utilizing both the intrinsic fluorescence and phosphatase-like activity of the material. This strategy achieves a broad linear range (0.05-35 µM) and high sensitivity (with an LOD as low as 0.046 µM), offering a versatile tool for ATP analysis in biomedical research and pharmaceutical quality control.
