Abstract:
Collaboration through a practice evaluation framework has enhanced the collection and use of learner feedback in the north west of England, aligning with Nursing and Midwifery Council requirements for quality assurance and Office for Students expectations regarding the student voice. This regional approach has improved engagement and completion rates across institutions. Key enablers include shared governance, stakeholder collaboration and process standardisation. Although implementation required significant co-ordination and digital integration, these fostered innovation and consistency. The framework has promoted reflective feedback, transparency and the sharing of good practice across settings. Lessons learnt highlight the importance of collaboration, responsiveness and digital accessibility. This model provides a scalable example for other regions seeking to enhance practice learning through cohesive, evidence-informed approaches to evaluation.
