Abstract:
In this work, an environmental-friendly method was proposed for detection of ochratoxin A in raisin by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with QuEChERS (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe) coupled to ionic liquid dispersive liquid-liquid micro-extraction. The results showed that the recoveries ranged from 86.2% to 94.5% with an RSD less than 5%, and the results was no significant difference between this method and standard method, illustrating that the proposed method was applied in the real raisin.
