Abstract:
Herein, we report a visible-light photoredox-catalyzed diastereoselective radical hydrophosphorylation protocol for the construction of cyclopropylphosphorus skeletons using an Ir-based complex as the photocatalyst and cyclopropenes as the radical acceptor, providing an efficient and convenient synthetic approach to a series of phosphonylcyclopropane derivatives in good to excellent yields. The reaction features broad substrate generality and excellent functional group compatibility, as well as mild conditions.
