Abstract:
This data article describes an openly accessible dataset hosted on Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.22974542), com- prising canonical SMILES representations and 121 struc- tural molecular property indices (SMPI) for 33,715 or- ganic molecules. Derived from molecular graph con- nectivity and Szeged-type vertex partitioning, the de- scriptors combine fragment-level atomic summaries, dis- tance weightings, interaction functions, matrix operators, and logarithmic transformations. Derived as a curated, quality-controlled benchmark subset from an initial 1008 theoretical operator pool, the resulting tab-separated file (33,715 rows, 122 columns) serves as a robust benchmark resource for QSAR/QSPR modeling, feature selection, chemical-space mapping, and machine-learning workflows requiring reproducible two-dimensional molecular repre- sentations.

Conformations of Ethane and Propane
Staggered conformation is a low energy and more stable conformation with the C-H bonds on the front carbon placed at 60°dihedral angles relative to the C-H bonds on the back carbon, leading to a reduced torsional strain. In staggered ethane, the...

Conformations of Cyclohexane
The chair form is the most stable and derives its name from its resemblance to the “easy chair.” In the chair conformation, two carbon atoms are arranged out-of-plane — one above and one below, minimizing the torsional strain. In the chair form, the bond angle is very close to the ideal tetrahedral value,...
