Abstract:
The two-photon absorption in water-soluble ionic PHI photocatalysts is investigated by single-beam z-scan. A systematic variation of sample concentration and laser irradiance shows that nonlinear absorption in the material is governed by trap states, the nature of which is controlled by the type of cation.
