Abstract:
Light environment is an important factor to regulate the growth, development and morphogenesis of facility vegetables. However, artificial light supplement is difficult to promote due to its high energy consumption and high operating cost. The light conversion plate with fluorescent powder is a new technology to study the effect of light on plant growth and development, which has attracted people 's attention. In order to explore the effects of light conversion plates with different phosphors on the growth physiology and fruit quality of tomato. In this study, Micro-Tom tomato was used as the experimental material, no light conversion plate was CK, and PP blank plate (without fluorescent powder) was CK1. The application effects of four kinds of light conversion plates (light conversion plate 1, 2, 3, 4) added with different phosphors in PP materials in tomato cultivation were studied. The results showed that compared with CK and CK1, the light conversion plate treatment with fluorescent powder improved the light environment of tomato growth, thus improving the photosynthesis level of plants and promoting tomato growth. The light conversion plate (T3) added with (Sr4Al14O25: Eu, Mn, Ga, Mg (SAO)) significantly promoted the growth of plants and fruits (fruit fresh weight increased by 22.76% compared with CK1), and improved the photosynthetic capacity of leaves (Pn increased by 61.26% compared with CK1). The addition of (Ca2MgWO6: Na+, Gd3+, Mn4+) light conversion plate (T4) can promote the early coloring of tomato fruit and improve the quality of fruit. This study confirmed that the light conversion plate with fluorescent powder is a passive and potentially low-energy spectral regulation strategy, which can provide experimental evidence and theoretical reference for the green high-quality and high-yield cultivation of fruits and vegetables and the study of plant light response growth mechanism, but its field-application modes require further investigation.
