Abstract:
Circumcision in patients with buried penis remains controversial because of the risk of recurrent concealment and secondary complications. This report describes a circumcision technique performed under local anesthesia in a selected case of buried penis. The technique preserves the outer preputial skin while excising only the inner preputial mucosa, using the Alisklamp Nero M device to achieve symmetrical mucosal alignment and protect the glans. Deep Buck's fascia-incorporating sutures at the 3- and 9-o'clock positions enhance penile stability. No early postoperative complications were observed. Because this is a single-case technical report without long-term follow-up data, the findings should be interpreted cautiously.
