Abstract:
Cardioinhibitory vasovagal syncope (VVS) may be associated with prolonged sinus pauses and recurrent syncope despite conservative therapy or cardioneuroablation (CNA). Although permanent pacing may be considered in selected patients, the role of leadless pacing, particularly atrial leadless pacing, remains poorly established; however, it may represent a potential therapeutic option in carefully selected patients.
