Abstract:
We report the draft genome of endophytic Bacillus halotolerans Adn01R isolated from roots of Agropyron desertorum. Sequencing on Illumina NextSeq (1.4 M paired-end reads) and assembly with SPAdes yielded a 4.15-Mb genome (43.71% guanine-cytosine [GC], N50 4.14 Mb, 98× coverage). The assembly shows 99.8% BUSCO completeness and 4,298 genes.
