Abstract:
Nirsevimab reduced RSV bronchiolitis burden. In a nine-year observational study of PICU admissions, cases declined. Admitted children were older, with more non-RSV infections, shorter PICU stays, and fewer days of respiratory support, reflecting altered severity and resource utilization overall patterns.
