Abstract:
MaizeGP, an interactive graph-based pangenome platform, integrates structural variation from 48 diverse maize genomes with functional annotations and visualization tools. MaizeGP enables multi-scale exploration of genomic variation across individual loci, gene families, and trait associations. This accessible resource supports future investigation of maize genome diversity and its biological implications.
