    Purpose of the Study:

    • To investigate the kinetics of endogenous and exogenous triglyceride transport in hyperthyroid and hypothyroid patients.
    • To characterize the alterations in plasma triglyceride metabolism in thyroid disease and their relationship with postheparin plasma lipolytic activity (PHLA).

    • Measured plasma endogenous triglyceride kinetics in hyperthyroid, hypothyroid, and euthyroid subjects.
