L-Ribulokinase from an initiator constitutive mutant
Journal of Bacteriology
|October 1, 1974
Abstract:
The N-terminal sequence of l-ribulokinase (EC 2.7.1.16) isolated from an initiator constitutive (araI(-)) mutant is identical to wild-type kinase, indicating that the I(c) mutation probably lies outside of kinase structural gene araB.
