A simple technique for rapid implantation of a permanent cannula into the rat brain ventricular system
Abstract:
A simple, rapid method of implantation of a permanent cannula into the ventricular system of the rat brain was developed using polyethylene tubing. Intraventricular injections were performed on nonrestrained, conscious animals. This cannula was used repeatedly during several weeks.
