    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the efficacy and safety of topical Adriamycin instillation for bladder tumors.
    • To compare Adriamycin's effectiveness and local tolerance with other agents.

    • 20 patients with bladder tumors received daily topical Adriamycin (40 mg in 20 ml distilled water) for two weeks.
    • Tumor response (complete disappearance, size reduction, no effect) and local side effects were recorded.
