    Background:

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To evaluate the selective cytotoxic effects of nonantigenic tissue extracts on various cancer cell lines.
    • To determine if these extracts can inhibit the proliferation of malignant cells in vitro.
    • To assess the safety of these extracts on normal cells during the inhibition process.

    Main Methods:

    • Tissue culture techniques were employed to study cell behavior.
    • Three specific cancer cell strains (Krebs 2, Sarcoma 180, L1210 leukemia) were utilized.
