    Background:

    • Spleen sinuses play a role in immune surveillance and filtration.
    • Understanding the enzymatic activity within spleen sinuses can provide insights into their function.

    Purpose of the Study:

    • To histochemically analyze the activity of nucleosidephosphatases and exopeptidases in the spleen sinuses of humans, mice, rats, hamsters, and rabbits.
