[Use of the television analysing system in the studies on microcirculation]

In the experiments on anesthetized rats the television analysing system (LEITZ-TAS) was used for evaluation of quantitative structure-functional characteristics of microcirculation under intravital conditions and the development of microvessel network, for measuring geometric parameters of microvessels and blood flow change in them, as well as to define the degree and spreading of the disturbances in the vessel wall permeability.
