A new method--permanent site hypertensive evaluation with patient revisits--is suggested as a unique way to increase patient compliance. This method reduced mild hypertension for 50% and increased normotension. The easy availability of permanent sites may induce the patient to return regularly, or the patient may be testing the medication or his physician. But whatever the means, normotension is the aim of compliance.
