[Morphological characteristics of acute viral hepatitis]

From the literature and their own observations the authors present morphological criteria of acute viral hepatitis which may be used for differential diagnosis from hepatites of other etiology (toxic, drug). Examinations of liver biopsies from patients with viral hepatitis permit to establish the stage of the disease and to predict its possible outcomes.
