Transvaginal milking of lower ureteric stones into the bladder

In a selected group of adult female patients, stones in the lower ureter were transvaginally milked into the bladder. The transvaginal milking of lower ureteric calculi into the bladder is easy and safe and is recommended in the poor surgical risk patient.
