    Background:

    • To evaluate the efficacy and safety of bladder neck incisions for treating bladder outlet obstruction.
    • To assess patient outcomes using subjective reports, residual urine, urinary flow, and urodynamic studies.

    • A total of 200 bladder neck incisions were performed in 172 patients.
