    • An 18-year-old male presented with severe right heart failure, funnel-shaped right ventricle, and significant tricuspid and mitral regurgitation.
    • Hemodynamic findings indicated cardiomyopathy with right-sided obliteration.

    Findings:

    • Surgical intervention included decortication, endocardial peeling, tricuspid valve replacement, and mitral valve repair.
    • The patient experienced pronounced hemodynamic and clinical improvement post-surgery.

    Implications:

    • This surgical approach is recommended for patients with obliterative cardiomyopathy affecting either side of the heart.
