Lysis of tumor cells by antibody and complement. III. Lack of correlation between antigen movement and cell lysis

The increase in susceptibility to killing by rabbit antibody and guinea pig complement of guinea pig hepatoma cells (line-10), after treatment with certain metabolic inhibitors, did not correlate with the mobility of antigen on the cell surface as measured by indirect immunofluorescence.
