Giant lymph node hyperplasia of the posterior mediastinum
Abstract:
Giant lymph node hyperplasia is a rare cause of a mediastinal mass. When it occurs in the posterior mediastinum, it has no characteristic features. It simulates a neurogenic tumor, from which it may be indistinguishable, even angiographically.
